Wouldn't it be great to tell your potential customers that you offered 24 hour a day customer support. What if you could say that you offer 24 hour support and not have to pay for it.

Our support manager is your answer. It gives you ability to say you offer round the clock online support. You can tell people that call you after hours to visit you online for answers to questions anytime of the day.

Our support manager gives you the ability to post all of your frequently asked questions and sort them by category. So users will come to a page that asks them if they need general support, product support, employment questions, existing employee support, etc. Once they choose the type of support they need they'll get a list of questions in that category. From there they can click on a question and the answer will appear.

FAQs

After a while you can even put an "ask question" field at the top of the page. A user will be able to type in a question, push ASK, and a list of questions that contain any of the words the user typed in will appear on the page.

You can even add pictures to your answers which works out great for product questions. You can add images and diagrams to help explain what you're talking about.
